Pastor Grant has been serving as the lead pastor at Lighthouse since November of 2015. He and his wife Tiffany moved to the Monterey Peninsula in 2001 and spent lots of years serving in youth, children's, and music ministries. Grant is passionate about the Scriptures and watching people grow in the abundant life that Jesus offers. Grant and Tiffany have four kids and love life in Seaside and around the Monterey Peninsula.

Tiffany brings her 30 years of ministry experience, heart for people and keen organizational skill to the Lighthouse front office. Tiffany has served in lots of ministry roles over the years and she and Grant have served as a ministry team since their second date! Tiffany graduated from Long Beach State with a Kinesiology degree and loves serving as an athletic trainer and athletic director for a local high school. She’s up for a weekend hike, some time in the garden, or some quality time with the Combs kids.
